INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack of 20 TREGA tostuos
- 1 medium breast
- 1 medium tomato
- 20g. Chopped onion
- 20g. From Chile
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste |
PREPARATION
Boil the chicken breast with a little salt until cooked. Let it cool down and then shred it. Blend salt, pepper, tomato and jalapeƱos to get the sauce. Stew the onion and the green bell pepper. Add the blended tomato sauce to it and cooked it until it starts to boil. Add the unthreaded meat and stir the combination until the meat gets juicy. They are now ready to be eaten with one of our Tostigar products, Tosti Taco Trega is strongly recommended. Eat them with a lettuce and carrot salad, guacamole and of course, a spicy Mexican sauce. |
