INGREDIENTS

- 1 pack of 20 TREGA tosti tacos
- 350g Of beef in piece
- 1 medium tomato
- 20g. Chopped onion
- 20g. Chopped red pepper
- 1 medium garlic clove
- Salt, pepper and green chilli to taste
- Vegetable oil

PREPARATION

Boil the meat with garlic and salt until cooked. Let it cool down and then shred it. Blend salt, pepper, tomato and jalapeƱos to get the sauce. Stew the onion and the green bell pepper. Add the blended tomato sauce and cook it until it starts to boil. Add the shredded meat and stir the combination until the meat gets juicy. They are now ready to be eaten with one of our Tostigar products, Tosti Taco Trega is strongly recommended. Eat them with a lettuce and carrot salad, guacamole and of course, a spicy Mexican sauce.
